Whistleblower & Workplace Transparency Training

2 hrto be determined

Service Description

Call or email us to schedule more group training session that fit your specific needs. Service@title7.net Format: 2‑hour, in‑person session delivered at your location (college, school, church, or workplace) What it is: A practical, instructor‑led training that equips emerging and early‑career professionals to document events clearly, escalate concerns respectfully, and lead teams with transparency. Participants work through role‑plays and leave with scripts, checklists, and a simple documentation toolkit. Why it matters: Entering the workforce without a clear grasp of rights, responsibilities, and professional escalation pathways can cost people time, money, and significant emotional strain. Small lapses in accountability can snowball—breeding division, normalizing bullying, and increasing the likelihood of disputes. This workshop shows how to interrupt that pattern early and build a culture that surfaces issues, not hides them. What participants learn: How to use contemporaneous, factual notes and evidence discipline. How to raise concerns and request remedies through appropriate channels. How to set expectations, document coaching, and manage with transparency. How to de‑escalate conflicts and prevent repeat incidents. How to model professional conduct that strengthens trust and fairness. Outcome: Graduates and student leaders gain the language and habits to address problems quickly, reduce avoidable risk and costs, and contribute to workplaces where accountability is the norm—not the exception. Educational program only; we do not provide legal advice.
