Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable United States federal laws.

Confidentiality Commitment

Title 7 LLC is committed to handling all client information with strict confidentiality standards consistent with industry best practices. We do not disclose your name, employer, or the location of an incident without your express written consent, except where disclosure is required by law.

Information Handling

  • Information you provide is used solely for documentation support, case review, and—if you authorize—for referral to appropriate third parties.

  • We will not contact your current or former workplace, or the site of any incident, unless you have explicitly authorized such contact in writing.

  • All client records are maintained in paper format only. No electronic database of personal information is maintained.

Referral Process

  • With your written authorization, your case may be referred to an employment law firm or government agency, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

  • When making referrals, we initially share only non-identifying, relevant details (e.g., type of violation, context, urgency) to evaluate case suitability.

  • Your name, employer’s name, and any personally identifying information will not be disclosed without separate written consent, except where legally required.

  • We do not receive compensation from attorneys for referrals, and referrals are based on subject-matter fit only.

  • Referral does not constitute an endorsement, nor does it guarantee acceptance of the case by any third party.

Legal Actions

  • Any formal legal steps or filings will be conducted solely by the receiving law firm or government agency.

  • Title 7 LLC does not initiate legal claims, provide legal advice, or act as a legal representative.

  • Title 7 LLC is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or outcomes of any third-party to whom you authorize us to refer your matter.

Client Rights

  • You may decline or withdraw consent for any referral at any time prior to execution.

  • You may request modification or deletion of your case file or personal information at any time.

  • Requests for deletion will be honored unless prohibited by law, regulatory requirements, or ongoing legal obligations.
