Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

(Group Whistleblower Training – In-Person)

Any missed session is non-refundable.

1) Payment & Registration

  • Retainer: Full retainer is due at booking to reserve the date and included seat capacity; it is credited to the final invoice.

  • Capacity: Attendance is limited to the seat capacity purchased. Fewer attendees may participate; no price reduction applies below the included seats.

  • Add-ons: Additional attendees beyond the included seats are billed at the agreed per-seat rate; printed materials (if requested) are billed per unit.

  • Roster: Please provide an anticipated headcount at booking; a final roster/sign-in determines any add-on charges.

2) Cancellation & Refunds (Client)

  • Window: If the College cancels within 14 calendar days of the session date, the retainer is non-refundable.

  • >14 days out: Cancellations more than 14 calendar days before the session are 100% transferable to a new date once within the same academic year (subject to availability). No cash refunds are issued.

3) Rescheduling (Client)

  • ≥14 days before: One complimentary reschedule within the same academic year, subject to calendar availability.

  • <14 days before: We will attempt one accommodation, subject to availability; otherwise, the request is treated as a cancellation under Section 2.

  • Multiple reschedules: Additional reschedule requests beyond the one permitted are treated as cancellations.

4) Weather / Emergency

  • If severe weather or a bona fide campus emergency prevents delivery, we will reschedule once at no charge within the same academic year. Original payment terms and capacity rules continue to apply.

5) Attendance

  • Substitutions: Allowed up to start time, space permitting.

  • Over-capacity: The provider may refuse additional attendees beyond the purchased capacity if space, safety, or instructional quality would be compromised.

6) Provider Cancellation

  • If the provider must cancel for reasons within our control, the College may choose a full refund of amounts paid for that session or an alternate date. The provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7) General Terms

  • Intellectual Property: All course content and materials remain the provider’s intellectual property and may not be recorded, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

  • Administrative: W-9 and Certificate of Insurance are available on request; the College may be named as Additional Insured.
